Andreas D. Tsamakis is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of IESOEL since 2009 and a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in the auditing and accounting sectors.

He is a founding member and major shareholder of Hellenic Auditing S.A., where he holds the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors.

He has long-standing auditing experience, having served as Partner and Chief Executive Officer in leading auditing firms such as BDO Greece, ICRA S.A. and BKR S.A. Additionally, he has served as a Trainee Certified Public Accountant in the former Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Since 2012, he has been a member of the Audit Committee of the Hellenic Parliament. He has extensive experience in auditing corporate groups and organizations in both the private and public sectors, such as the Vivartia Group, Fais Group, VIOTER, Divani, Pavlidis Marble & Granite, as well as companies like Hellenic Defence Systems S.A., Hellenic Fish Farming S.A., Dodoni S.A., and Chromatourgia Tripoleos S.A.

He studied Business Administration at the University of Macedonia and has attended numerous seminars in the fields of Auditing and Assurance in both the public and private sectors.
