International Certification CertIFR SOEL – ACCA
In April 2019, an MoU was signed in London between SOEL and ACCA for the provision of the Certificate in IFRSs (CertIFR), for the first time in the Greek language.
What is CertIFR
Modern economies are based on cross-border transactions and the free flow of international capital. Today, more than one-third of all financial transactions are conducted cross-border, and this number is expected to increase. The G20 and other major international organizations, as well as many governments, business associations, investors, and members of the global accounting profession, support the goal of a single set of high-quality global accounting standards, such as IFRS, which form the core content of the CertIFR.
The CertIFR EL offers a broad introduction to the field of International Financial Reporting and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS®).
Therefore, IFRS are a set of accounting rules for the financial statements of companies, aiming to make them consistent, transparent, and easily comparable worldwide.
