BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Institute of Education of SOEL (IESOEL) is governed and represented by the Board of Directors, which consists of five (5) to seven (7) members.
Board members are appointed by the General Assembly of the company. Upon appointment, the Board convenes to elect the President, Vice President, and Financial Supervisor. The supreme governing body is the Assembly of Partners, which makes decisions on all matters concerning the Institute, thereby binding the Board of Directors.
The exclusive responsibilities of the Assembly include:
- The appointment of the Board of Directors
- Amendments to the Articles of Association, including changes in partner contributions
- Approval of the Board’s activity report, the annual balance sheet, and the financial report
- Appointment of auditors
Dissolution of the company
The Board Secretary is Ms. Anna Kazdagli.

Dr. Charilaos Alamanos President of BOD IESOEL
He holds a degree from the Department of Economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business and he has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant for over 40 years. He has served as the CEO at SOL S.A, President at the Economic Chamber of Greece and Central Administration of the Economic Chamber of Greece.
Andreas D. Tsamakis Vice President of BOD IESOEL
He studied Business Administration at the University of Macedonia and he is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in the auditing and accounting sectors. He is a founding member and major shareholder of Hellenic Auditing S.A., where he holds the position of Vice President. He served as Partner and Chief Executive Officer in leading auditing firms.
Kostas Konstantinou Financial Supervisor of BOD IESOEL
CEO of Moore Stephens S.A., since 2008, and the head of Maritime at the Moore Global network. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Greece (Member of SOEL) and an FCA in the United Kingdom (Member of ICAEW). He studied Economics at the London School of Economics.
Nomikos Skotis Member of BOD IESOEL
He has over 37 years of continuous work experience, 35 of which have been in the auditing sector. He served as a member of the former Institute of Certified Public Accountants,taking on leadership roles in audit teams.He studied Business Administration, specializing in Management.
