Renewal of the SOEL – ACCA Partnership
With great pleasure, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL) announces the renewal of its successful collaboration with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). The agreement was signed on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, during a special event held at the iconic Grande Bretagne Hotel in Athens.
The agreement was co-signed by Ms. Helen Brand, Chief Executive of ACCA, and Mr. Apostolos Polyzos, President of SOEL, reaffirming the commitment of both organizations to continuously support education and professional development in the fields of Accounting and Auditing.
The SOEL – ACCA partnership began in 2009 and has proven to be highly successful. Through the Joint Examination Scheme (JES), implemented by IESOEL, students have the opportunity to obtain an internationally recognized certification. This scheme enables students to earn both the SOEL and ACCA professional qualifications, enhancing their competitiveness in the global job market.
The renewal of this collaboration marks a milestone in further strengthening high-quality education and the professional development of young professionals in Accounting and Auditing. SOEL and IESOEL remain committed to providing their students with the best opportunities for career advancement and international recognition.
